ہمارے پیارے نبی ﷺ کے کتنے چچا تھے؟

حضورِ ﷺکے چچا ؤں کی تعداد میں مؤرخین کا اختلاف ہے۔ بعض کے نزدیک ان کی تعداد نو، بعض نے کہا کہ دس  اور  گیارہ مگر صاحب مواہب لدنیہ نے ذخائر العقبيٰ في مناقب ذوي القربيٰ سے نقل کرتے ہوئے تحریر فرمایا کہ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وسلم کے والد ماج د حضرت عبداﷲ ؓ کے علاوہ عبدالمطلب کے بارہ بیٹے تھے جن کے نام یہ ہیں ( ۱ ) حارث ( ۲) ابوطالب ( ۳) زبیر ( ۴) حمزہ ( ۵) عباس ( ۶) ابولہب ( ۷ ) غیداق ( ۸) مقوم ( ۹) ضرار ( ۱۰) قثم ( ۱۱) عبدالکعبہ ( ۱۲) جحل۔ ان میں سے صرف حضرت حمزہ وحضرت عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہم نے اسلام قبول کیا  آپﷺ کی پھوپھی کی تعداد  چھ تھی
