A service of aircraft for any purpose of civil aviation , whether aerial work, public transport or otherwise means

AIRPORTS SECURITY FORCE ACT, 1975 (2) definition 2 (a) “Aircraft” means any machine that can derive support in the  atmosphere from the reactions of the air, other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface, and includes balloons , whether captive or airships, kites, gilders and flying machines; while “Air service” means a service of aircraft for any purpose of civil aviation, whether aerial work, public transport or otherwise Sh27-8-2023
