Explanation
There are 28 Madani Surahs in the Quran. They were revealed after Prophet Muhammad's hijra to Medina. They are found mostly in the beginning and middle parts of the Quran. They were revealed over approximately 10 years. They generally have more and longer ayahs. The first complete Madani Surah is Al-Baqarah.
