Explanation
In February 2020, the United States and the Taliban reached a deal, known as the Doha Agreement under which the United States completed its withdrawal from Afghanistan on 31 August 2021. The last US and Nato forces have left Afghanistan's Bagram airbase, the center of the war against militants for some 20 years ND30-4-2023
