Explanation
Insects are a group of animals that have three pairs of jointed legs, and many of them have one or two pairs of wings . Their body is divided into three main segments: head, thorax, and abdomen. Insects include a wide range of species, some of which suck blood (like mosquitoes) or nectar from flowers (like bees and butterflies). Insects also lay eggs.
