Karakoram Range is a mountain range located between China and Pakistan. The highest Peak of the Karakoram range is K2 (8611). The Karakorams cover parts of: Afghanistan, China, India, Pakistan, Tajikistan A Karakoram peak called K2 is the second-highest mountain in the world while The road connecting Pakistan and China is called Karakoram Highway Khunjerab pass connects Pakistan with China. The Karakoram is a mountain range spanning the borders of China, India, and Pakistan . It begins in the Wakhan Corridor (Afghanistan) in the west, encompasses the majority of Gilgit-Baltistan.
