In the performance of its duties the National Public Safety Commission shall oversee the functioning of the Federal Investigation Agency. An arrest under the FIA Act can be made After the commission of an offense and On reasonable suspicion of the commission of an offense. A person arrested under FIA Act may be detained at a Police station set up by Police SH28-8-2023
