Explanation
The Supreme Court is the highest judicial authority in Pakistan. It has the power to interpret the Constitution and ensure laws follow constitutional principles. Under the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan , the Prime Minister is the Head of Government . The President serves as the Head of State with a ceremonial role.
