Explanation
The Bogra Formula was a political compromise presented and proposed by Prime Minister Bogra on 7 October 1953 The Bogra Formula sought to permanently abolish the Governor-General and to be replaced with the elected figurehead presidency. Mohammad Ali Bogra was the 2nd Bengali to serve as Prime Minister of Pakistan. Sahibzada Mohammad Ali Bogra was the 3rd Prime Minister of Pakistan from 17 April 1953 till 12 August 1955. He was the 3rd & 7th Minister of Foreign Affairs from 13 June 1962 till 23 January 1963 Bogra was Minister of Defence from 17 April 1953 to 24 October 1954. ND5-07-2023
