Explanation
Pervez Musharraf (former President of Pakistan) introduced the 4-Point Formula in December 5, 2006 during India-Pakistan peace talks. Key elements included: Self-governance for Kashmiris. Demilitarization on both sides of the LoC. Joint management (India-Pakistan cooperation). No change in borders (but softening the LoC).
